2. Services: We provide printing services including but not limited to digital printing, large format printing, and design services. All services are subject to availability.

 

3. Orders: Placing an order with GB Media Vision constitutes an offer to purchase our services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Incase of there's any dispute from customer's side, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

 

4. Payment: Payment for services must be made 80 - 100% at the time of placing the order unless credit terms have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including UPI, bank transfers, and cash. All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer or financial institution.

 

5. Delivery: Delivery times provided by GB Media Vision are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but we will not be liable for any delays beyond our control. Delivery charges may apply and will be specified at the time of ordering.

 

6. Quality Control: We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all proofs and artwork before printing. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions once the customer has approved the final artwork.

 

7. Copyright: By submitting artwork or content to GB Media Vision for printing, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such artwork or content. GB Media Vision assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement arising from the customer’s use of our services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall GB Media Vision be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

 

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold GB Media Vision and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

 

10. Changes to Terms: GB Media Vision reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
